Loving Heart International Adoption Agency is an Intercountry Adoption Agency licensed to facilitate adoptions from Bulgaria, Lithuania, Serbia, and Macedonia. Loving Heart has been licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Children and Youth Services under the Intercountry Adoption Act since 2000. We are the longest operating intercountry adoption agency in Ontario, and the first Canadian agency to obtain intercountry adoption accreditation by the authorities of Bulgaria, Lithuania, Serbia and Poland.
